N.H Abbey First National Real Estate was established by Norm Abbey in early 1973.

The office has provided a first class and professional Real Estate service to the townships of Portarlington, Indented Head, St Leonards & the Bellarine Peninsula over this period.

Norm retired in late 2004 and handed the business over to his son Craig who has maintained the integrity and honest professionalism that N.H. Abbey First National Real Estate has become known for. 

Craig Abbey has had 16 years experience as a fully licensed Real Estate Agent and has an excellent understanding of properties on the Peninsula. Craig is a also a Justice of the Peace.

N.H Abbey has a large rental portfolio and Dennis Abbey is the Property Manager has had 10 years experience handling the ins and outs of Property Management.

Fiona Warren is also an integral part of our team as a qualified Sales Consultant.

Peter Thomson is a qualified licensed Real Estate Agent with 25 years experience in the industry.

Leesa Scorgie (Norm’s daughter) and Tracey Abbey (Craig’s wife) are both in charge of Administration and the Holiday Rental section.

Lyn McKiernan is a Trust Manager who has had over 20 years experience in the role.
